Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family community! Rental of our units is intended for families and not groups of young singles.

For your information:

• Ocean Lakes is located on the South Strand of Myrtle Beach, SC, at the intersection of SC Route 544 and Hwy 17 Business. Click to view Map.

• Reservations are Saturday to Saturday only.

• One-half of the rental fee is required as a deposit to confirm reservation. Balance to be paid upon arrival by cash, official cashier check, or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted upon arrival.

• Security Deposit- A refundable security deposit is required. The amount varies depending upon the size of the unit. Your deposit will be refunded if the unit is left clean and in good condition.

• Policy - On occasion, pets are allowed in SOME units. You must discuss this with me first. Your pet must be house trained and on some kind of flea control. There is a $100 per pet non-refundable deposit.

• Upon arrival, you must register your vehicle at the Ocean Lakes Office. They will collect $5 per day for their security pass. You will need the attached permission letter and your vehicle plate number. They will give you a map of the community. The office does not collect the balance of your rental fee.

• There is a cleaning fee of $100 - $175, depending upon the size of the house. If you choose to clean the house yourself, this fee may be waived and replaced with a non-refundable $25 inspection fee.

• You may bring your own linens or arrange for linen service ($75/week)

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM.

• Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Cancellation Policy - If you have to cancel and I am able to re-rent the house, I will gladly refund your deposit, but if the house remains vacant, you will forfeit your deposit.
